Our Daily offering supports Joni & Friends

We write our own curriculum

Opening Assembly

Every morning at 9:00 am we meet in Heritage Hall for our opening assembly. This is a great time together as we sing and watch the Bible story come to life. All the offering we collect goes to support Joni & Friends. Parents are even invited to take part in our opening and closing assembly!

Classroom

Throughout the morning students within the same grade rotate to different activities. When in class teachers review the lesson, introduce the memory verse and focus on activities that highlight the Biblical theme of the day.

Drama

Every day our high school drama team brings to life Bible character that we are studying during the open assembly. Students join the fun on stage through audience participation.

Recreation

Everyday our students enjoy outdoor activities during Rec. Whether it's playing with water, balls or parachutes, the kids are guaranteed to have fun!

Crafts

Kids use their creativity for age appropriate crafts that illustrate the Bible story or theme of the day.

Snacks

Snack time is a favorite time of the day. We provide healthy snacks for our students. Gluten free and dairy free options are available to those who need it. Or, if you prefer, your  child with allergies can bring a snack from home.

Frequently Asked Questions

What should my child bring to VBS?
Have them wear weather appropriate clothing as it can get hot outside in the sun (we have air conditioning in the building) and lather on some sunscreen. On their first day of VBS your child will receive a VBS t-shirt. Please send them each day in their shirt. And remember to bring a water bottle.
What if my child has an allergy/medical need?
We provide gluten-free and dairy-free snacks if your child has an allergy. If you prefer to send a snack from home, please let us know. For any medical needs, we kindly ask you to list those on your registration.
Who can dismiss my child from VBS?
Only authorized adults can dismiss a child. Please indicate on the registration who is authorized to pick up your child. If you need someone else to pick up your child on a certain day, you may fill out a form when you drop off your child or email us so we are aware of this change.
Do you provide discounts or scholarships?
Yes, we offer a family discount which is a total of $50 for siblings. We also offer scholarships which are available during registration.
Is there a VBS playlist with the songs?
Yes! We encourage our students to sing the VBS songs wherever they are - especially in the car! We send daily emails with updates, playlists and announcements.
