Our Church

A house of refuge. A community of joy.

WELCOME!

A word from our Senior Pastor

The church is a beautiful but messy place. That’s because it’s filled with recovering runaways like me. There was a time in my life when I thought the church was at best an irrelevant way to spend your time, and at worst a hypocritical religious club. However, through encountering the gospel of Jesus, I’ve come to see that neither of those are true—well, at least they’re not meant to be.

The church is meant to be a house of refuge for the lost and hurting. The church is meant to be an authentic community of joy and place of belonging. The church is meant to be a vibrant group of people who are enflamed with the grace of Jesus and seeking to extend His kingdom. While imperfect, our church is seeking to be that type of community here along the North Shore of Boston that reflects and extends the welcome of Jesus to all.

Whether you’re a first-time visitor or a long-time member, welcome! I invite you to take a closer look at our church by perusing our website, participating in one of our services, or joining one of our ministries relevant to your needs. Through it all, I hope you find our church to be a loving house of refuge and a joyful house of worship.

Please do not hesitate to contact us if you need any assistance. We have an excellent staff of men and women who are eager to help. Thank you for visiting our site! Welcome to our imperfect band of recovering runaways.
