Service of Reflection Today
The pastors and elders will hold a service of reflection today at 4:00 pm in the sanctuary. A brief time of singing, Scripture reading, and structured prayer (both for our current ministries and to seek God’s guidance for the future) will be followed by an open discussion as we process together concerns and questions in these early days of transition in our church. The service is expected to last one hour, and childcare will be provided from nursery through third grade.

Operation Christmas Child
Please consider being a part of our all church Operation Christmas Child project. Starting Sunday, October 22, there will be shopping bags labeled with different items to be collected (socks, balls, crayons, etc). Come pick out a bag to fill and return to church by November 12. The children and youth will be dividing up the items collected, and filling and praying over the boxes on October 19. Long before shoeboxes arrive in more than 100 countries, volunteer national leadership teams train pastors and community leaders who want to share the message of the Gospel and bless children. The leaders learn how to host child-friendly outreach events, and how to implement The Greatest Journey follow-up discipleship program. More information to come! Come visit the Operation Christmas Child table next week!
